This draft describes the privacy design of the private preview. Final public language requires approval before production launch.
The readiness assessment is designed for non-personal operating facts. Do not enter names, email addresses, customer records, credentials, or other personally identifiable information. Raw answers are used to calculate the current result and are not written to browser storage.
The production assessment gateway will return a signed receipt and non-personal result summary that expire after 24 hours. The browser stores only that receipt and summary for the same period. Private preview results are clearly marked as unsigned and cannot activate contact intake.
Scores, readiness bands, and package selection are deterministic. If an approved artificial intelligence explanation service is enabled, it receives only non-personal score and capability facts. It cannot change the fixed result, invent capabilities, add pricing, or make delivery commitments. An approved deterministic template is the fallback.
After results, an approved Bitrix24 form may collect contact details and granular consent. Hidden fields may carry the receipt identifier, assessment version, dimension scores, package identifiers, consent version, and source. They do not carry raw answers.
Messages sent to sales@vosbypartay.com are separate from the anonymous assessment. The sender chooses what the message contains, and the email address and message are handled in company email. Do not email raw assessment answers, credentials, customer records, or other sensitive information.
If Bitrix24 is unavailable, the site preserves the anonymous receipt locally until it expires and offers a retry. It does not retain contact fields, email raw answers, or create a second lead database.
Final retention, access, export, correction, deletion, backup, and consent procedures will be published only after legal and operational approval and successful disposable-data testing.
